New members

So Ive being seeing a lot of new members showing up lately.
Asking all the friggin time for ''A MOD RIGHT NOW'' and saying ''can please start my own city because I am experienced with MC because I have my own server'' and etc.
I know that the information from us as players to the newcomers can be inproved, but there are just so many new ones connecting, I mean, we are also buzzy…
Now I don’t really care if and how many of them are promoted to member, but seeing all the recent grieving I would like to know for sure if the new ''members'' are well aware of the rules.

It could be me being paranoïd but it's just because of what I see in the chat area.

Things picked up so fast in just a matter of days and has shown us we need a better system to process recruits. I can say something is in the works.

Please kick annoying visitors/newcomers, the command is done for that.

2 kicks then a ban if they are still annoying. Also I will implement default local chat asap.

When these 'newbies' go online, please ban them for a week, they will have time to cool down, and relax, and play on another server and learn the basics, and maybe they will come back.
There's no point of not banning them, since i think no one is waiting to explain whole minecraft + plugins to them, since that would take ages, and alot of spam in the chat.
