| jkubb, dont be a damned fool. you can't sue a minecraft server. We have all rights to ban you. you are a patron on this server, the server is FREE. | I banned you.. not yog.. not will.. I did it.. As a private server we have the right to say who does and who doesnt play on the server.. it is our choice.. your "lawyer" threat is a childish threat.. if you want you can have him call me and i will discuss it with him..
on top of that.. you were trolled alittle.. bug deal.. Yes we used fakelogin to make it seem freeberd logged in .. we used a fake chat program to make it appear you said things you didnt.. but of course you werent the only one we played jokes on.. in no way were threats made against your person.. so grow up.. move on..
